The HX711 is a high-precision 24-bit ADC designed for interfacing with load cells and bridge sensors in weigh scales and industrial control applications. It features two differential input channels and an on-chip low-noise programmable gain amplifier (PGA) with gains of 32, 64, or 128, allowing high-resolution measurement of small signals. The integrated power-on-reset and on-chip voltage regulator simplify design by eliminating the need for external analog supply circuitry. The HX711 supports a simple pin-driven digital interface without programming and can output data at 10SPS or 80SPS, with simultaneous 50/60Hz supply rejection. It operates reliably over a wide supply voltage range (2.6–5.5V) and temperature range (-40°C to +85°C), making it ideal for robust industrial and commercial applications.
